The Company offers life and non-life insurance products and services to individuals and institutions across Nigeria whilst also offering asset/investment management services, medical insurance solutions and pension fund, after the acquisition of majority stake in Penman Pensions Limited. These services are administered through its three subsidiaries AXA Mansard Investments Limited, AXA Mansard Health Limited and AXA Mansard Pensions Limited. The company was listed on the Nigeria Stock Exchange in November 2009 and has Market Capitalization in excess of N30 billion thereby remaining the biggest insurance company on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
AXA Mansard was recently recognised as one of the top quartile publicly listed Growth Strategy Leaders in Nigeria for the year 2015. The Best of the Best growth companies listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange in Nigeria was presented by MSY Analytics (a teaming partner and Nigerian representative of global research and growth consulting giant, Frost & Sullivan).

For outstanding work in Corporate Social Responsibility and creating shared value. CSR Nigeria Industry Award 2013 honoured Mansard for ‘Best Corporate Stewardship’. In 2012 and 2013, Mansard Insurance received the Great Place to Work awards as one of the best companies to work for in Nigeria.
